Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, our returns process is designed to be simple and straightforward.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and any original packaging intact. Items that have been altered, damaged through use, or customised to your specific request are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@ariansaga.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or a defective item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your return has been approved. Approved returns are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style rather than a refund, please let us know when you contact us to start your return. Where possible, we will arrange for the new item to be sent out once we have received and inspected your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@ariansaga.com within 14 days of delivery, including a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
