Where We Ship
Ariansaga currently ships exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses located in Germany and France, depending on stock availability at the time your order is placed.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options at checkout.
Free Shipping. Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days, counted from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse. There is no additional cost for this option.
Insured Express Shipping. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days, counted from the moment your order is dispatched, for a flat fee of 4.95 euros. This option includes shipment insurance for extra peace of mind.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day are typically processed and prepared for dispatch the same day or the next business day, depending on stock availability at our warehouses. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next available business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow the status of your delivery. You can also track your order at any time by entering your tracking number on our website.
Have Not Received a Shipping Confirmation?
It can take up to 2 days for a shipping confirmation to arrive in your inbox. Please check your spam folder first. If you still have not received anything, get in touch with us at support@ariansaga.com.
Tracking Shows Delivered, But Your Order Has Not Arrived?
Occasionally, a carrier marks an order as delivered slightly before it physically arrives. If your order still has not shown up 24 hours after being marked as delivered, please contact us at support@ariansaga.com so we can look into it.
